Shopping for the Right Merch

Milion+ Entertainment is a prominent Czech hip hop record label founded by Jakub Vlček aka Yzomandias in 2015. His YouTube channel has over 370.000 subscribers and videos with millions of views.

Background

The e-shop didn’t stand out in any way and it didn’t sufficiently accentuate the Milion+ brand. Shopping and browsing through products wasn’t comfortable or enjoyable for users.

Solution

We re-designed the e-shop visual to be more in line with the music genre of the company. For CD sales, we created an audio player that gives users a taste of what awaits them after buying. The aim of the online shop was mainly to increase sales, so we decided to go with a distinctive photo presentation along with a new website structure and product details. We divided the product site into three parts for a clearer arrangement of crucial information. The more effective shopping process minimized the number of uncompleted purchases.

The Million+ brand itself is presented with daring graphics. That’s why we kept further graphic elements at a minimum and designed a unique set of cursors.

Produktovou stránku jsme rozdělili na tři části.

We divided the product site into three parts. The first part describes the product. It’s the least striking graphically, so we located it into the left part of the screen where most of the users look first. The second part presents photos of the products. It takes up the most space, because quality photographs are the key element of sales. The third part is dedicated to the actual purchase. It contains the price, size selection, and purchase buttons.
